Scott has over two decades of experience leading large-scale development projects across California and the United States. He previously served as Senior Director of Design & Construction for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, overseeing a 4.5 million square foot West Coast portfolio, and held executive leadership roles at Suffolk Construction, including Chief Operating Officer for the San Diego region. Over the course of his career, Scott has contributed to the delivery of more than $2 billion in projects across multifamily, hospitality, life science, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
